Founded in 2014, Nanjing Everack Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. has established itself as an engineering powerhouse in the design, structural modeling, and automated manufacture of commercial shelving, supermarket display systems, and industrial warehouse racking. Our facility, located in the heart of Nanjing's industrial center, comprises 38,500 square meters of state-of-the-art cold-rolling mill mills, automated robotic welding suites, and eco-friendly electrostatic powder-coating lines.
Our engineering-driven approach guarantees structural reliability. Backed by 9 years of global export experience, Everack solutions are deployed by major retail entities, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, global e-commerce distribution centers, cold storage operations, and manufacturing plants across North America, Western Europe, and Australia.
In modern retail environments, supermarket display systems must balance structural safety, spatial optimization, and aesthetic adaptability. The demand for Light Supermarket Shelves has surged due to the dynamic evolution of store formats, including micro-fulfillment centers, hard discounters, clothing-grocery hybrid stores, and specialty boutique outlets.
North American operators require integration of retail display with bulk pallet overhead storage (retail-under-storage setups). Solutions must meet strict American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Rack Manufacturers Institute (RMI) certifications. High seismic safety margins and heavy-duty baseplate anchorage are standard.
European layouts emphasize modular versatility and strict safety coefficients complying with EN 15512 standards. There is a strong preference for hybrid material configurations—such as wood veneer planks combined with cold-rolled steel columns (SPCC)—to enhance sensory shopping experiences while remaining durable.
Due to coastal humidity and strict Australian Standards (AS4084-2012), shelves in this region require high-grade corrosion protection. This includes advanced electro-galvanization or custom epoxy powder-coat finishes that resist salt-spray damage in semi-open hardware centers or fresh food hypermarkets.
To maintain safety margins across commercial and warehouse environments, Everack relies on rigorous design modeling and raw material validation.
We strictly source raw steel coils from certified top-tier mills. The chemical composition is continuously verified to ensure proper carbon and manganese ratios. The resulting cold-rolled profiles deliver a consistent yield strength of >235 MPa and a tensile limit of 370–500 MPa, preventing unexpected stress fatigue under maximum payload.
Before steel profiles enter physical tooling, Everack R&D engineers simulate structural performance using advanced finite element software. This step optimizes cross-sectional geometry, increases buckling resistance, and accurately maps expected deflection parameters (such as maintaining structural deflection under L/200).
Our automated finishing process utilizes a multi-stage pre-treatment phase, including hot degreasing and iron-phosphate conversion coating, followed by electrostatic epoxy-polyester powder spraying. The finish is cured in high-temperature ovens to establish a continuous, scratch-resistant barrier that passes 500-hour salt spray testing.
The strength of Everack lies within the extensive logistics and metalworking cluster of Jiangsu province. A network of more than 1,200 upstream supply chain partners ensures uninterrupted access to specialized components, chemical coatings, high-grade fastener hardware, and custom packaging materials.
Our location near major commercial shipping routes, including the deep-water port of Nanjing and the international hub of Shanghai, allows us to coordinate efficient overseas container shipping. By combining consolidated material sourcing, localized vertical integration, and high-efficiency machinery, we insulate our international buyers from pricing volatility and lead-time delays.
Quality control is integrated into every phase of our manufacturing lines, from raw steel rolling to robotic welding. Below is the step-by-step production flow and machinery catalog of our Nanjing manufacturing facility.

We employ a dedicated quality assurance department staffed by 45 certified QC inspectors. Their oversight covers the entire production process, ensuring compliance with international safety codes, including ISO 9001:2015, CE standards, and AS4084 design safety criteria.
Every warehousing operation and retail space presents unique spatial and structural challenges. Under the guidance of our 68 professional R&D engineers, Everack provides tailored designs to optimize storage capacity and satisfy local seismic requirements.
Adjustable steel thickness and column dimensions support layer load ratings from 500 kg to 4,000 kg per level.
Options include custom-matched polyester powder colors (RAL range) or hot-dip galvanization for cold storage or outdoor display yards.
We design specialized frame configurations, column guards, and baseplates rated for high seismic hazard zones.
The next generation of logistics infrastructure focuses on digital integration and environmental compatibility. Everack is currently prototyping RFID-enabled smart shelving systems. These racks feature embedded low-energy strain-gauge sensors that communicate loading anomalies directly to warehouse management software (WMS).
Additionally, our operations prioritize sustainability. By utilizing lead-free chemical pre-treatments and ensuring our structural profiles are fully recyclable, we help global buyers meet strict environmental mandates without sacrificing structural integrity.
